I splurged and got us a room on the 28th floor with the Eifel Tower view, and boy, was it worth it! We could see the tower and the fountains at Bellagio very well. That said, the carpet in some of the busy areas look like they need to be replaced. It was built in 1999, so it's a little worn in some places and the carpet on the hotel floors have funny patterns on it which look like stains but aren't. It's a very nice, clean and large hotel and casino.

We finally got the change to stay during the week of Halloween, 2023.

I really like this hotel and casino and have been wanting to stay here for a while. Overall we spent a lot of our time in the property and were satisfied with the experience, I would recommend staying there.… The bars around the casino floor were very expensive, as are all Caesars owned properties, but it has a nicer decor and atmosphere than most casinos. We ate at Cafe Americano for lunch (somewhat expensive but huge portions-try the nachos!) and Mon Ami for lunch and dinner (somewhat expensive but great food and service, plus outdoor dining along the strip with a view of Bellagio water show). The Strip is expensive, and I feel Paris delivered good value for what we paid. We stayed at the Venetian for a few days after Paris, which is a much nicer hotel, but it's more than double the price of what we paid at Paris, so anyone who complains rooms at Paris are too expensive for what you get is kidding themselves. The only issue we had was the room was only serviced once during our 4 night stay, we did have everything we needed and it wasn't a problem, but four star rated hotels are expected to and should have daily housekeeping. I'm happy to say our room was clean and up to date without problems. I became concerned after seeing a lot of negative reviews here on trip advisor about rooms being dirty, worn out and/or out of date. Plus the Bellagio fountains are directly across the street, which is great when you dine at their several outdoor restaurants. The location is excellent, right in the center on the strip, so any of the other places along the strip are fairly close.
